This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three (3) days in-office based out of our West Sacramento office and two (2) days working remotely. 
Summary
Under general supervision, the Support Analyst performs a variety of routine to complex technical duties in support of the California School Boards Association (CSBA) and its members. This position provides technical desktop support to CSBA staff and leadership, as well as troubleshoots hardware and software problems on the Association&rsquo;s computers, security systems, and related equipment. The Support Analyst installs hardware equipment and software applications, onboards new employees, assesses user training needs, and performs user training in the effective use of applications. This position makes recommendations regarding hardware and software acquisition, and performs related work as required.

Technical Support &amp; Issue Resolution
<ul><li>Intake, evaluate, follow-up, escalate, and resolve requests from users experiencing issues with hardware, software, communications, and other computer-related technologies.

</li><li>21 years of age required per FMCSA regulations (1 year driving experience required)
</li><li>Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License
</li><li>Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
</li><li>Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled terminal and/or work assignment
</li><li>HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required (LCV requirement may apply)
</li><li>Must be able to drive a tractor trailer for a period of time that will conform to FMCSA requirements

</li><li>Must pass a FMCSA required medical exam

</li><li>Must be able to drive all routes and in all types of terrain, including, but not limited to, mountains, steep inclined roads, curvy highways, desert areas, bridges, tunnels, etc.
</li><li>Must be able to drive in a wide range of environmental conditions, including, but not limited to, rain, wind, snow, freezing temperatures, hot weather, etc.
</li><li>Must be able to operate all safety and operational functions of equipment, including, but not limited to, chaining tires, driving manual and/or automatic transmission vehicles, etc.
