 About The Role
 
 
 
 Responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of the core network infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the high availability, reliability, and performance of the core network to meet service excellence standards. The Core Network Administrator works closely with technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve network issues, implement upgrades, and support new projects.

 Ensure high service availability and optimal performance of core network systems.

 Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

 Provide technical support for roaming operations and maintenance.

 Troubleshoot and resolve core network issues to maintain high KPIs and service standards.
 </li>

 Work with vendors and technical teams to address hardware and software problems.
 </li>

 Ensure compliance with SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction.

 Supervise database dimensions and hardware expansions to resolve technical problems efficiently.

 Plan and implement database maintenance activities to ensure data integrity and availability.

 Manage processes for fault detection and correction to maximize system and service availability.

 Develop and document new processes for better network management and operation.

 Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the organization.

 Coordinate with development teams and business units for requirements and changes related to new developments, integrations, or operations.

 Assist in the preparation of technical and maintenance processes for new projects, services, expansions, and ad-hoc requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate communication and collaboration between different units and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.
 </li>

 Implement security and protection protocols to safeguard network infrastructure.

 Prepare reports on network performance, fault management, and process improvements.

 (1) Responsible for the full lifecycle project management of overseas self operated retail warehousing and store weak current engineering construction under Meituan/Keemart, including project planning and design, construction process management, acceptance and review, etc. (2) Coordinate the engineering quality, progress, supplier management, and customer satisfaction of overseas weak current projects to ensure that the deliverables of each project meet the required standards. Three years or more of experience as a weak current project manager or IT support professional, with CISCO or Huawei network certification preferred. (3) Capable of drawing, weak current design, and implementation; Familiar with the basic principles of network equipment operation, with the ability to diagnose and handle faults; Have IT desktop foundation and operation and maintenance capabilities. (4) Capable of adapting to the long-term work requirements stationed in Saudi Arabia, accepting on-site support due to project management node inspections, warehouse requirements, and other Middle Eastern city and country deployment requirements that may expand business. (5) Able to accept flexible scheduling of project requirements and compensatory time off, with strong sense of responsibility and work resilience.
