To execute the weekly ordering cycle, maintain accurate replenishment parameters, analyze inventory and forecast, and support key supply chain processes to ensure the Distribution Center is fully prepared to meet operational needs.</p><br>

 The Service Technician is the position in the Service &amp; Construction Department that services the customer accounts in the field along with helping to supervise the water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems of the company&rsquo;s client districts.

   Investigate leaks and sewer back-ups

   Handle water quality complaints
  </li>

   Perform disconnects and reconnects of water customers
  </li>

   Flush water distribution system as required
  </li>

   Customer Service &ndash; make customer contact as needed
  </li>

   Read meters (Customer and Interconnect Meters)
  </li>

   Pick up payments from Districts that maintain payment drop boxes

   Replace meters, meter boxes and meter box lids as required

   Report unauthorized discharges from the sanitary sewer system to the Regulatory Affairs Dept. so report can be submitted to TCEQ
