(ERPNext)</li></ul><p><b>General Manager &ndash; Catering Operations</b></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <b>General Manager &ndash; Catering Operations</b> to lead a large-scale industrial catering company producing an average of <b>12,000&ndash;15,000 meals per day</b>. This senior leadership role is fully responsible for operational excellence, production efficiency, quality standards, financial performance, and team leadership.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Full management of a high-capacity catering operation producing 12,000&ndash;15,000 meals daily</li><li>Overseeing production planning, menu execution, and capacity optimization</li><li>Ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)</li><li>Managing budgets, cost control, profitability, and financial reporting</li><li>Leading procurement, inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations</li><li>Defining and monitoring operational KPIs and performance metrics</li><li>Managing large multidisciplinary teams including kitchen, production, logistics, and administration</li><li>Maintaining strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients</li><li>Coordinating with regulatory authorities, inspections, and compliance bodies</li><li>Driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational scalability</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum <b>8 years of senior management experience</b> in catering, industrial food production, or large-scale food service operations</li><li>Proven experience managing <b>10,000+ meals per day</b> production environments</li><li>Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills</li><li>Solid background in budgeting, cost control, and financial management</li><li>In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality management systems</li><li>Highly organized, results-driven, and operationally disciplined</li><li>Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment</li><li><b>Fluent English</b></li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Experience in international or expatriate catering projects</li><li>Multi-site catering operation management experience</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: 85,000.00TRY - 125,000.00TRY per month</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Catering Industry: 8 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
