About the role
As a Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will own key relationships with travel partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities then project managing the required changes with internal and external teams.
Success in this role requires a demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth initiatives that support both partner and Cover Genius growth objectives. As a Partner Growth Manager you will deliver solutions based on conversion optimization best practices for existing partners. You will identify growth opportunities and develop new and creative growth strategies to further increase our partner&rsquo;s total transaction value or insurance revenue. Regular collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Data Scientists and Designers will be key in ensuring partner growth initiatives goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:

The Forward Deployed AI Engineering (AI FDE) team is a highly specialized customer-facing AI team at Databricks. </h3>VEED recently started building its own AI models, sold through API, and the traction has been HUGE. Our Fabric image-to-video lipsync model is already the model of choice for industry leaders like ElevenLabs, Freepik, and many more, and it's distributed through marketplaces like fal.ai and Runware.
We're about to launch our own API platform, and as such we&rsquo;re now looking for our Founding API GTM to be the first dedicated seller in our API business - the person who turns inbound buzz and a world-class model into booked, recurring revenue, and who builds the commercial playbook the rest of the API sales org will run on.
This is a 0 1 commercial role. You'll own the number for a brand-new line of business, sell a technical product to technical buyers, and have a direct hand in shaping pricing, ICP, and how we go to market. You'll be selling not just today's models, but building VEED's roadmap toward serving AI video infrastructure and agentic products directly to developers. We're an AI-first business, and we expect this role to be too: you'll build an outbound motion powered by AI agents, not headcount, and you'll prototype your own demos rather than wait in an engineering queue. No two days will be the same, and almost nothing is built yet.
You'll work alongside our Research Engineers and Product leadership, and will report to VEED&rsquo;s COO who runs the API business.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What you'll do
</h3><ul><li>Own the API revenue number. Build and run the full cycle end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, technical demos, commercial negotiation, and close. You are the first and, for now, only quota-carrier for the API business.
</li><li>Run an AI-first outbound machine. Build and operate an agentic prospecting and research motion - using AI to source, qualify, personalize, and follow up at a scale that normally takes a team.
</li><li>Vibe-code your own demos. Prototype working integrations and bespoke demos against a prospect's actual use case (with AI coding tools and our API), so you can show value in the first call instead of waiting on engineering.
</li><li>Build the playbook by running it. Define the sales motion, qualification criteria, pricing and packaging feedback, and the repeatable process the next sellers will inherit. Where there's no process, you create it.
</li><li>Sell to technical buyers. Run credible conversations with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders at AI platforms, creative tools, and &quot;engine-builders&quot; (dubbing, UGC, avatar, and e-learning companies) who want to build on our models.
</li><li>Be the voice of the customer. Feed usage, revenue, and qualitative insight back to research, product, and leadership to shape what we build and how we price it.
</li><li>Work cross-functionally to close. Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Core Business Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to get deals over the line and customers live.
</li><li>Help set the commercial vision. Partner with the GM on ICP, forecasting, and the path from first dollar to the next pillar of VEED's revenue.

</h3><ul><li>Proven 0 1 closing. You've carried a quota and consistently exceeded it, ideally as an early/founding seller where you built processes from nothing. Former or future founders highly encouraged to apply.

You can also hold your own on latency, model capabilities, and developer workflows, and you're quick to learn the AI/GPU landscape. You don't need to be an engineer - you need to be dangerous enough to not be blocked by engineering resource, and earn technical teams&rsquo; trust
</li><li>Commercial and quantitative instincts. You think in pipeline, unit economics, and revenue impact, and you can structure creative deals in a market with no fixed playbook.
</li><li>Range. You're as sharp negotiating a contract with a sophisticated buyer as you are explaining VEED's value to a non-technical CEO at an event.

The Role</h2>

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the operational readiness and ongoing health of our fleet of Data Centers, both COLO and BTS sites. In this role you will be the single point of accountability for ensuring each site runs as expected &mdash; SLAs met, maintenance executed on schedule, and audits passed &mdash; across a growing portfolio of landlord-operated and purpose-built facilities. You will operate as the primary interface between Nebius and our data center landlords and operators, and you will partner closely with the Nebius IT team to translate site-level operations into reliable infrastructure for our customers.

This is an individual contributor position for someone who is equally comfortable in a contractual SLA review, a maintenance window planning call, and a physical site audit. You will define the mechanisms that keep our sites accountable and surface risk before it becomes an incident.

Key job responsibilities</h2>
<ul><li>Own the operational health of Nebius COLO and BTS sites, ensuring each facility runs to expectation across power, cooling, space, connectivity, security, and environmental controls.</li>
<li>Track, monitor, and enforce SLA compliance across landlords and colocation providers; identify breaches, drive remediation, and hold providers accountable to contractual commitments.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate site maintenance schedules &mdash; preventive and corrective &mdash; including planning and approving maintenance windows, reviewing Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and minimizing risk to live workloads.</li>
<li>Plan and drive site audits covering compliance, capacity, power/cooling performance, physical security, and safety; track findings to closure.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary day-to-day interface with data center landlords and operators, managing the operational relationship, escalations, and coordination of on-site activity.</li>
<li>Partner closely with the Nebius IT team on deployments, capacity planning, incident response, and change management at each site.</li>
<li>Build reporting mechanisms and dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into site health, SLA performance, maintenance status, and open risk across the portfolio.</li>
<li>Lead incident coordination and post-incident follow-up, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking with landlords and internal teams.</li>
<li>Track and manage contractual operational obligations, deliverables, and timelines across multiple sites and providers simultaneously.</li>

The Data Center team is responsible for the physical infrastructure that underpins Nebius' AI cloud. Basic qualifications</h2>

<li>Experience managing third-party vendors, landlords, or service providers against SLAs and contractual obligations.</li>
