 2. Job Description/Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide top quality customer service to passengers at Seattle&ndash;Tacoma International Airport
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform arrival duties such as supervising the transfer of baggage, translating Customs and Border Protection interviews, supervising the cleaning of the aircraft, escorting passengers with special needs, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform departure duties such as check-in, ticketing, reservations, gate services, overseeing baggage assortment and loading, ramp service, weights and balances (load) control, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with all federal, state, and airport authority security requirements and Korean Air&rsquo;s policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle any necessary report generation and any general administration tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by managers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 3. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

 Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work on days, evenings, weekends and holidays

 Previous airline customer service experience welcomed and preferred
 </li>

Title: Air Cargo AgentShift: 6:00am-2:30pm,10:00pm - 6:30pm4:30pm - 1:00amWe are currently looking for a full-time cargo agent who is knowledgeable in the cargo Import/Export industry.Description<ul><li>Ensure assignments are completed accurately and in timely manner, following all safety rules and regulations while providing good customer service.</li><li>Examines manifest, bills of lading and air waybill to determine work procedures for releasing cargo.</li><li>Notifies consignee or representative concerning arrival dates of shipment, customs clearance requirements and tonnage shipment.</li><li>Checks and collects payments from customers for freight prior to release.</li><li>Computer data entry, preparation of flight documents and acceptance and distribution of cargo in accordance with applicable air carriers and DOT regulations ( Import/Export) Recognizes dangerous goods upon receiving.</li><li>Ensures all local airport, TSA, CBP and FAA rules are followed.</li><li>Must follow all Security procedures</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirement<ul><li>Must be 18 years of age or older; Must have a High school diploma or GED;</li><li>Must be able to proficiently speak, read and write in English;</li><li>WA valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing to include drug testing</li><li>Must be able and flexible to work weekends and holidays including overtime</li><li>Previous customer service experience preferred</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airports and Custom badges/seals</li></ul>Additional informationThe starting hourly wage for this position is starting $22.00 - $23.00 + paid holidays, 401K match and generous paid time off, on-site parking.
