As the Pastry Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop innovative recipes, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities<ul><li>

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or similar role, preferably within luxury or fine dining environments.</li><li>
Strong expertise in pastry techniques, dessert production, and baking.</li><li>
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>
Experience working in an ultra-luxury hotel, resort, or Michelin-star restaurants.</li><li>
High attention to detail and creativity in dessert presentation and recipe development.</li><li>
