 King&rsquo;s School The Crown is built in extensive grounds offering world-class educational and sporting facilities, enabling students to pursue a diverse range of interests. Our purpose-Built Campus of over 40,000m2 located in the heart of Cairo's most prestigious gated community, The Crown, 6th October City. The school caters to students from 18 months up to 18 years with state-of-the-art facilities, including: a full football field, 400m athletic track , 25m 8 lane covered swimming pool with learner pool, indoor multi-purpose sports hall, outdoor multipurpose courts and a 522 seat Performing Arts theatre.
 
 
 
 We have an exciting opportunity for a Female PE Teacher to join King&rsquo;s School The Crown, starting in August 2026.
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Creating Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge all students and are in line with the school's curriculum, policies, and external assessment requirements. You will individualise and differentiate learning, ensuring each student is stretched, supported, and makes outstanding progress.

 Supporting and Assessing Progress: Regularly assess students' in-class and at-home learning, providing targeted feedback to drive progress and ensure all students are challenged and supported in reaching their potential.

 Building a Positive Learning Environment: Establish a classroom and school environment where students are invested in each other's flourishing, feel valued and supported, and are ready to take risks in their learning.

 PGCE, QTS, or equivalent, with excellent academic credentials and, ideally, evidence of post-graduate study.

 We are seeking an outstanding, committed and energetic Teacher of Arabic and Islamic to join King&rsquo;s School The Crown to start in August 2026.
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work in collaboration with colleagues across subjects and educational phases to develop a current, dynamic and differentiated syllabus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Teach timetabled lessons, ensuring that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meets the varying learning and social needs of learners, and adheres to school requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the positive ethos of the school and value, inside and outside of the classroom at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the constructive team building amongst teachers and non-teaching staff, parents and senior staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an excellent and demonstrable standard in teaching their subject of expertise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support King&rsquo;s School marketing activities, which may include occasional requirement for attendance outside the normal working hours, upon reasonable request from the Executive Head.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the wider school curriculum, supporting development of policy and practice inside and outside the classroom.

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 A minimum of 3+ years&rsquo; experience with pupils in Upper Primary and Lower Secondary years (Year 5- 10)
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence with use of ICT in teaching
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and Arabic at an academic standard
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience teaching Key Stage 2 to 3 age children in the Egyptian National curriculum framework
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge and understanding of theory and practice for meeting the learning needs of the students
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent working knowledge and experience in Arabic Language and Literature with diverse teaching methods
