 As the Associate Director, you will own the P&amp;L, drive revenue growth, and shape the consumer journey on the platform. You will be responsible for orchestrating the "Demand" side of the business&mdash;ensuring the right products get the right visibility at the right price. You will lead a high-performing team of 6+ members and collaborate extensively with central marketing, product, and revenue teams.

 On-Platform Merchandising &amp; Customer Experience

 People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6+ category managers and analysts. Foster a high-performance culture and manage succession planning.
