Position Summary

The Polymer Control Room Operator is responsible for monitoring and adjusting key process parameters for fermentation and hydration through the Distributed Control System (DCS). This includes responding to toxic gas alarms, coordinating with field operators, controlling reaction conditions, tracking tank levels, and maintaining accurate production records. The role ensures stable, safe, and efficient operation of continuous production processes. 
Main Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Respond immediately to acrylonitrile toxic gas alarms in the central control room; verify conditions with on-site hydration personnel and report findings to the team leader.</li>
<li>Monitor fermentation tank temperature and ambient air temperature; provide operational direction to fermentation staff to ensure all control points remain within specified limits.</li>
<li>Adjust hydration reaction temperature and acrylonitrile feed based on process conditions; coordinate with hydration operators to maintain proper reaction control.</li>
<li>Monitor fermentation liquid storage temperature and tank levels (pure water tank, fermentation liquid tank, washing liquid tank, filtrate tank, dilute tank, etc.); communicate with field operators to maintain normal ranges.</li>
<li>Monitor refrigerant temperature and pressure; coordinate refrigeration unit switching according to system needs and reaction conditions.</li>
<li>Complete all DCS-related reporting, including fermentation and hydration logs, and compile daily production data for the workshop.</li>
<li>Ensure proper shift handover:</li>
<li>Any abnormality identified during the shift belongs to the current operator&rsquo;s responsibility.</li>

Position Summary

The Pulverizing Operator (Crushing &amp; Fine Particles) is responsible for crushing, screening, weighing, and packaging finished polymer products. This includes controlling fine powder content, monitoring particle size, coordinating with drying operations, and ensuring product quality and packaging integrity. 
Main Responsibilities

<li>Weigh, package, and nitrogen-treat finished products according to process requirements.</li>
<li>Inspect particle size and fine powder levels every 30 minutes during crushing to ensure compliance with product standards.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor crushing performance and material moisture; promptly communicate with Drying Operators to adjust drying parameters as needed.</li>

Position Summary

The Polymerization Operator is responsible for executing polymerization operations, including raw material transfer, nitrogen charging, initiator preparation and addition, reactor temperature control, and continuous process monitoring. This role ensures that polymerization reactions are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality and process standards. 
Main Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Confirm nitrogen purity of 99.99% prior to charging and maintain communication with the Air Compressor Station to ensure a stable and continuous nitrogen supply.</li>
<li>Control nitrogen flow rate strictly according to process requirements and continuously monitor flow variations during charging to ensure uniform material mixing and consistent product quality (molecular weight, viscosity).</li>
<li>Prepare and add initiators accurately in accordance with approved process requirements; ensure correct sequencing and flush each initiator feed point with 2 kg of pure water to prevent unintended reactions.</li>
<li>Operate polymerization reactors following correct valve opening and closing sequences to prevent backflow, pipeline blockage, and abnormal production conditions.</li>
<li>Control empty reactor temperature within specified limits prior to feeding; apply chilled water promptly to prevent adverse effects on polymerization stability and product quality.</li>
