 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Finished Goods Warehouse Section Head is responsible for the overall management and operation of the finished goods warehouse. This leadership role ensures that all finished products are received, stored, and prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. The Section Head oversees the team responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, organization, and product quality. This position is critical in ensuring a seamless flow from production to the customer.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Warehouse Operations and Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee all daily activities within the finished goods warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading of finished products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems to maximize space utilization and facilitate easy access to products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is well-maintained and operated safely.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as order accuracy, on-time shipping, and inventory turnover.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Inventory Control and Accuracy:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of all finished goods in the warehouse.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and oversee cycle counting procedures and conduct regular physical inventory audits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to prevent future errors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the production and quality control teams to manage product returns, damages, and non-conforming goods.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Team Leadership and Supervision:
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team, including assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive and safe work environment.

 Ensure all team members are properly trained on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and the use of equipment and technology.

 Manage staff schedules, including shifts and leave requests, to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

 4. Safety and Compliance:

 Enforce all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment free of hazards.

 Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the warehouse team.

 Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations related to warehouse operations, material handling, and safety.

 5. Collaboration and Communication:

 Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Production, Planning, Sales, and Logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with the shipping section to ensure finished goods are prepared and staged for timely dispatch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and communicate status updates to management.
 </li>

 Required Qualifications

 Education:
 
 A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A high school diploma with extensive relevant experience may also be considered.

 Experience:
 
 Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>

 Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

 Excellent Command of English.
