  Typical Responsibilities

   Produce, review, and take responsibility for the accuracy of detailed calculations, Civil engineering datasheets and drawings to specify the Civil engineering requirements of our projects

   Having sound experience in the design and analysis of new and existing buildings, structures, foundations, infrastructure and civil works including drainage design, roads and pavement design commonly found in oil &amp; gas facilities.

   Having good experience in the design of both concrete and steel structures including piperacks, buildings, technological structures, equipment supporting structures, pipe bridges, pipe supports, pipe sleepers, etc.

   Having good experience in the design and checking of different types of foundations such as isolated, combined, raft etc including dynamic foundations, equipment foundations, compressor foundations, pump foundations, underground pits/structures, etc.

 The Senior Civil/Structural Engineer shall ensure suitability of civil and structural designs for site development, dynamic equipment foundations, very large prestressed potable water retaining structures, large‑scale drainage and earthworks, switching stations and electrical yards. Detailed design knowledge of the abovementioned facilities is required, including the ability to develop scopes of work and provide technical assurance for engineered elements.

  Required Experience And Skills

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Minimum 15 years of relevant post‑graduate experience, of which at least 10 years shall be related to power plant, oil &amp; gas, or other heavy industrial projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in plant site development, including roads, earthworks, complex drainage systems, utility‑scale power plants, including heavy turbines and generator foundations associated with major industrial facilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design experience in large prestressed potable water retaining structures, and large seawater tanks and settlement basins.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design experience in nearshore and marine civil infrastructure, including seawater intake and brine discharge systems, nearshore civil works, and coastal protection infrastructure.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience developing scope of work for geotechnical and Topographical investigation and interpreting outcome reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience providing technical support during construction phase of mega‑projects, including resolution of complex civil and structural engineering issues during execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience across Concept / Feasibility, FEED, and EPIC phases.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with US and European civil/structural codes and standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong technical capability, with the ability to resolve complex engineering issues independently and without reliance on third‑party intervention.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven ability to manage time, cost and quality in engineering projects within a multiple project environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communications and presentation skills with fluency in English.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience working in multicultural teams.

   Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
