 We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Principal Engineer - Highways to join our innovative team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead complex highway projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence in our organization.

Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum of 15 years&rsquo; experience in IT / Telecom field including Security &amp; Safety, wired &amp; wireless communication in Oil &amp; Gas Projects and extensive knowledge in LAN &amp; WAN, ACS, UHF/VHF Radio, CCTV, FOC, IDS, PAGA, Hotline systems, Fire Alarm and IP telephone etc.

</li><li>Experience of working in a variety of projects and phases, including greenfield and brownfield, on and offshore, Pre-FEED through to EPC, with a focus on offshore upstream.

<ul><li>Produce, review, and take responsibility for the accuracy of detailed calculations, process engineering datasheets and drawings to specify the process engineering requirements of our projects
</li><li>Supervise less experienced process engineers and, where required, be line manager for process engineers within Qatar office.
</li><li>Lead process engineering activities and the process team on assigned projects, to deliver projects on schedule and on budget
</li><li>Carry out client facing roles, facilitating meetings, workshops etc.
</li><li>Support recruitment, training and development of process personnel
</li><li>Understand tender scopes of work and carry out manhour estimates and support bid activities
