 자격 요건:

 최소 15년의 건설 경험, 그중 10년 이상은 대규모 건축 또는 복합 개발 프로젝트(large-scale building or mixed-use projects) 경험 보유, 1964년 이후 출생자.

 <li>
 영어 및 한국어 모두에 능통해야 하며(fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory), 두 언어에서 모두 우수한 구두 및 문서 커뮤니케이션 능력(strong verbal and written communication skills)을 보유해야 합니다.
 </li>
 <li>
 다수의 계약업체 인터페이스가 존재하는 PMCM 또는 EPCM 환경(within PMCM or EPCM environments)에서의 풍부한 실무 경험.
 </li>
 <li>
 토목공학(Civil Engineering), 건설관리(Construction Management), 건축(Architecture) 또는 이와 관련된 전공(related field)의 학사 학위(bachelor&rsquo;s degree) 보유.
 </li>
 <li>
 건설 공법(construction methods), 안전관리(safety management), 품질관리(quality control)에 대한 공식 교육(Formal training) 이수자는 우대(preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Primavera P6, MS Project, 고급 MS Excel (advanced MS Excel)에 능숙하며, Power BI 또는 현장 관리 플랫폼(site-management platforms) 사용 경험이 있으면 장점이 됩니다(is advantageous).
 </li>
 <li>
 시공 순서(construction sequencing), 물류(logistics), 자원 계획(resource planning), 인터페이스 관리(interface management)에 대한 강한 이해(strong understanding) 보유.
 </li>
 <li>
 계약 요건(contract requirements), 기술 사양(technical specifications), 그리고 이들이 시공 실행(construction execution), 비용(cost), 공정(schedule)에 미치는 영향에 대한 친숙도(familiarity).
 </li>
 <li>
 탁월한 분석 능력(exceptional analytical capability)과, 현장 중심의 실질적인 해결책(practical site-based solutions)을 제시할 수 있는 능력.

 <li>
 계약업체, 컨설턴트, 현장 이해관계자(site stakeholders)를 관리하기 위한 우수한 대인관계 능력(excellent interpersonal skills).

 압박 속에서도(under pressure) 중요 이슈에 신속히 대응하고(respond to critical issues quickly), 임원 보고(executive-level reporting)를 지원할 수 있는 능력.
