 What does the process look like?

 The first step will be Pymetrics. Please be aware that the invitation may drop into your spam folder, so make sure to check it. After completion, your result will be used for all applications that require it within a one-year period.
 </li>
 <li>
 If you pass Pymetrics, the second stage will be a HireVue virtual interview in English (again, please check your spam in case the link lands there).
 </li>
 <li>
 Following this, there will be a case study stage held in March&ndash;April 2026.
 </li>
 <li>
 The offer process will be held in the month after the case study stage.
 </li>
 <li>
 The program is expected to start in July 2026.
