Backup</li><li>Business Continuity Solutions</li><li>IT Infrastructure Security</li><li>Access Control / Technology Solutions</li></ul>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Drive new business acquisition across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.</li><li>Generate leads through existing networks, referrals, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, direct prospecting, and self-generated opportunities.</li><li>Aggressively hunt and close B2B IT sales opportunities.</li><li>Sell ATIS UAE's software, SaaS, cloud, website, application, infrastructure, hardware, and IT service solutions.</li><li>Identify businesses that require digital transformation, automation, cloud, infrastructure, software, or IT support solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CEOs, CTOs, IT Managers, Procurement Managers, and decision-makers.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.</li><li>Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions and quotations.</li><li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation &rarr; qualification &rarr; meeting &rarr; proposal &rarr; negotiation &rarr; closing &rarr; handover.</li><li>Maintain and continuously develop a strong UAE sales pipeline.</li><li>Manage existing accounts and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and forecasting through CRM.</li><li>Monitor competitors, market pricing, emerging technologies, and UAE IT market trends.</li><li>Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry events when required.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS<ul><li>4&ndash;6+ years of proven B2B IT Sales / Business Development experience.</li><li>Strong track record of closing IT deals and achieving revenue targets.</li><li>Existing UAE client base, active leads, or strong business network is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience selling IT solutions, software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or digital services.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT products and software development processes.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with C-level and senior decision-makers.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven.</li><li>Strong prospecting and lead-generation capabilities.</li><li>Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.</li><li>Ability to prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.</li></ul>PREFERRED PROFILECandidates with experience in selling any of the following will be strongly preferred:<ul><li>IT Solutions &amp;
