The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in marine construction, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>&middot; Lead and supervise marine construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.</p><p>&middot; Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.</p><p>&middot; Manage dredging, reclamation, piling, quay wall, breakwater, and jetty construction.</p><p>&middot; Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and local regulations.</p><p>&middot; Oversee marine equipment (dredgers, barges, cranes, piling rigs) and vessel operations.</p><p>&middot; Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and mitigate risks and delays.</p><p>&middot; Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities for approvals and inspections.</p><p>&middot; Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure productivity and quality.</p><p>&middot; Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with international marine construction standards (e.g., PIANC, IMO, BS, ASTM).</p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p><p>&middot; <b>Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field.</p><p>&middot; <b>Experience:</b> Minimum <b>15+ years</b> in marine construction, with <b>8+ years</b> in a managerial role on large-scale EPC projects (ports, jetties, offshore platforms, dredging, etc.).</p><p>&middot; <b>Technical Skills:</b> Strong knowledge of marine civil works, dredging, piling, and coastal engineering.</p><p>&middot; <b>Certifications:</b> PMP, NEBOSH/IOSH, and marine construction-related certifications are a plus.</p><p>&middot; <b>Software:</b> Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and marine construction software.</p><p>Job Type: Contract<br/>Contract length: 12 months</p>
