JOB PURPOSE</b></p><p>
The Project Control Engineer supports the Senior Project Control Engineer in planning, monitoring, and controlling Project cost, schedule, and progress performance across Major Projects, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, Project objectives, and Company standards. The role assists in analyzing Project schedules, forecasts, and progress reports, enabling accurate tracking of Project performance and supporting informed decision-making.</p><p>
In addition, the role-holder is responsible for promoting, adhering to, and ensuring compliance with QAFCO&rsquo;s Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental, Energy, and Quality management systems and standards, while coordinating effectively with other Project Team members to ensure successful Project delivery.</p><p><b>

Project Planning &amp; Scheduling</p><p>
Ensure that the Contractor develops and maintains Project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases in full compliance with EPCC Contract requirements.</p><p>
Oversee EPCC Contractor&rsquo;s performance of critical path analysis, float management, and schedule optimization to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.<br>
Coordinate with discipline leads and contractors to ensure alignment of detailed schedules with the overall project timeline.<br>
Lead the development of baseline schedules, including resource loading.<br>
Monitor progress against baseline and forecast schedules, identifying delays and recommending recovery plans.<br>
Implement and manage planning tools and ensure consistent use across all stakeholders.<br>
Progress Monitoring &amp; Reporting<br>
Track and report physical progress, earned value, and schedule performance.<br>
Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and stakeholders.<br>
Coordinate with contractors to review and validate monthly progress reports and updates.<br>
Support the preparation of Steering Committee presentations, highlighting key risks, achievements, and deviations.<br>
Maintain accurate and auditable records of planning data, progress curves, and performance trends.<br>
Cost &amp; Resource Planning<br>
Ensure EPCC Contractor develops resource histograms, manpower plans, and productivity tracking.<br>
Assist in forecasting cost impacts of schedule changes and delays.<br>
Provide input for budget planning, cash flow projections, and cost control</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Your profile</b></h3><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related discipline).<br>
Professional certification in project management or controls (e.g., PMP, CCP) is preferred.</p><p>
Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls within major projects, preferably in fertilizer or petrochemical plants.<br>
Proven expertise in planning and coordinating integrated activities for onshore field equipment.<br>
At least 3&ndash;5 years of experience on large-scale projects (EPCC or similar).</p><p>
Skills &amp; Competencies:</p><p>
Fluency in English (written and spoken).<br>
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.<br>

<p><b>Job Purpose</b></p><p>The QA/QC Engineer &ndash; Electrical is responsible for ensuring that all electrical works and projects are executed in accordance with approved specifications, international quality standards, and good engineering practices. The role ensures timely project completion while achieving a high standard of quality that meets or exceeds client expectations. The position also supports the development and implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, and work instructions.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Monitor and control all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for electrical works at the project site.</li><li>Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), inspection checklists, and related quality procedures in compliance with the QMS requirements.</li><li>Conduct pre-inspection activities at site and coordinate inspections with consultants.</li><li>Submit work inspection requests (WIR) and material inspection requests (MIR) after confirming work completion with the construction team.</li><li>Review, finalize, and maintain all quality documentation to verify completed works.</li><li>Ensure all consultant comments and inspection remarks are communicated to the site team and properly rectified.</li><li>Verify test reports to ensure compliance with contract specifications, approved method statements, and standards.</li><li>Ensure project quality objectives are achieved and maintained at site.</li><li>Inspect incoming materials to confirm compliance with approved specifications and standards.</li><li>Follow up and close all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in coordination with the site team and Management Representative.</li><li>Report any deficiencies in the quality management system to the Senior QA/QC Engineer, QA/QC Manager, or Project Manager.</li><li>Prepare quality documentation in a professional and contract-compliant manner.</li><li>Oversee and participate in audits of subcontractors&rsquo; Quality Management Systems.</li><li>Prepare project close-out documentation, including Operation and Maintenance (O&amp;M) Manuals, in coordination with discipline engineers.</li><li>Monitor, follow up, and control snagging and de-snagging activities raised by the Main Contractor or Consultant.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum <b>5&ndash;10 years of experience</b> as an <b>Electrical QA/QC Engineer</b> in construction projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international quality standards and QMS procedures.</li><li>Experience working with consultants and main contractors.</li><li>Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>QAQC Electrical: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
