The KSA HSE Manager is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the QHSE system in the Saudi Arabia Area.
 
The geography covers Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. He/she performs the job in the framework of the BV Quality Assurance Systems, the Code of Ethics and the appropriate Group policies in the area.
Responsibilities
For the quality management system, his/her responsibilities &amp; authorities includes : 
<ul><li>
Maintain and improve the Quality System in the SAUDI ARABIA Area.</li><li>
Ensure that processes and procedures needed for the applicable management system (ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020, ISO 9001 etc.) are established, implemented and maintained.</li><li>
Reporting to BV top management on the performance of the management system and any need for improvement, as applicable.</li><li>
Ensure business processes are accessed, understood and complied within the SAUDI ARABIA Area.</li><li>
Arrange/conduct internal audits against applicable accreditation and certification standards.</li><li>
Analyze objectives of Departments as per set HSE policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure that appropriate monitoring is being done in the Area.</li><li>
Responsible for staff training on quality, applicable accreditation and certification standards.</li><li>
Ensure effective implementation &amp; follow up of customer surveys.</li><li>
Manage &amp; follow up customer complaints received in the Area.</li><li>
Implement preventive &amp; corrective actions and ensure appropriate follow up.</li><li>
Inform the SAUDI ARABIA Area staff about BV knowledge management tools &amp; other follow up tools, as applicable.</li><li>
Follow up of non-conformities / corrective &amp; preventive actions for the Area.</li></ul> 
For the HSE management system, his/her responsibilities &amp; authorities includes: 
<ul><li>
Ensure HSE induction training is given to all employees including new entrants.</li><li>
Maintain and improve HSE system in the SAUDI ARABIA Area.</li><li>
Ensure that processes and procedures needed for the applicable management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001&hellip;..) are established, implemented and maintained.</li><li>
Reporting to BV Saudi Arabia top management/MCA management on the performance of the management system and any need for improvement, as applicable.</li><li>
Coordinate with all concerned for HSE matters of the Area</li><li>
Follow up and/or conduct awareness training for HSE related topics, as applicable.</li><li>
Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE Policies/guidelines, Manual and procedures, client&rsquo;s HSE procedures and code of practices.</li><li>
Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor.</li><li>
Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.</li><li>
Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.</li></ul> 
Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
Minimum 10 years of HSE management experience out of which 5 years in a corporate HSE environment.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field</li><li>
Professional HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)</li><li>
5+ years of HSE management experience</li><li>
Trained as auditor &ndash; ISO 9001</li><li>
Good Knowledge of ISO 17020, ISO 17065, applicable HSE standards</li><li>
