 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receiving of all stocks in designated shifts with compliance on all SOPs and checkpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect deliveries for damages and discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely completion of put away with the help of pickers
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear and maintained aisles with no stock storage in aisles
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers and supervisors to resolve any shipment related issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring the receiving area is always clean and empty for new receiving
 </li>
 <li>
 Replenishes items on shelf using FIFO logic
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 You have at least 2-5 years of experience in F&amp;V.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of all DC operations, inventory control and basic finance knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additionally, you have robust interpersonal and intercultural skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Language Skills: Very Good English would be highly advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer Skills : Very Good in Excel, ERP System.
 </li>

 Should Have Quality and Food Safety Related certificate

 Position Overview
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly skilled and fully certified Offshore Permit to Work (PTW) Holder to join our offshore operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination, authorization, and safe execution of maintenance and operational activities across both North and South platforms under the PTW system.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Review, issue, and manage permits to work for all non-routine and hazardous activities on offshore platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all personnel involved in work activities are compliant with required safety certifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct thorough risk assessments and job safety analysis prior to work commencement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply site-specific protocols for confined space entry, authorized gas testing, working at heights, and material handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize the Work Management System for permit issuance, receipt, and tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Gas Watch personnel and manage gas testing requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain compliance targets for both North and South platform operations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Certifications and Training
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate must hold current and valid certifications in all mandatory courses, including Confined Space Entry for both North and South platforms, Authorized Gas Tester for North and South, Working at Heights, Job Safety Analysis, Material Handling, and PTW Issuer and Receiver. Proficiency in the Work Management System for Permit Holders is also essential.
 
 
 Additionally, the candidate must possess or be willing to obtain certifications in Gas Watch, Sea Survival, Banksman, Doha Tower, and Port Security as required.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Compliance Requirements
 
 
 
 The candidate must maintain one hundred percent compliance for North platform operations while actively working to achieve and sustain full compliance for South platform operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience

 Minimum three to five years of offshore experience in a PTW Holder or similar safety-critical role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in risk assessment, isolation standards, gas testing, confined space entry, and working at height procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid offshore survival certification (BOSIET or FOET) and medical clearance.
 </li>
