 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and visitors at Property. The role is responsible for delivering a warm, professional welcome, handling front desk operations efficiently, and ensuring an excellent guest experience in line with the brand&rsquo;s service standards.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner

 Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

 Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
