<ul><li>Liaises with external partners to create unique experiences for our guests.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knows about all cultural, sports and any other activities in Muscat and surroundings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Being able, and regularly performing, duties of all functions within the Concierge</li></ul>
Desk such as check-in, check-out, credit card handling, complaint handling,
corresponding with our guests, guest relation tasks
<ul><li>Be the first point of contact in terms of guest relations and services.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assisting in billing and invoice preparation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Preparing reports according to MOHG standards</li></ul>
<ul><li>Upholds all standards applicable such as LQE, CQE and Forbes 5-star and always</li></ul>
drives service excellence.
<ul><li>Be present at the Concierge Desk at the designated shifts and support the Team</li></ul>
operationally.
<ul><li>Being an ambassador of the hotel, both being actively engaging with guests and with</li></ul>
colleagues.
<ul><li>Understands and follows all applicable standards, policies and rules both in terms of</li></ul>
quality, sustainability and FLHSS of the Rooms Division.
<ul><li>Develops and supports Trainees, Interns and the member of the Bell team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Handling and updating Guest360 and Fans of MO profile data.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Actively advertises our Fans of MO guest recognition program to our guests.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure and maintain a very high standard of personal hygiene, behavior and</li></ul>
grooming standards of staff.
<ul><li>Handle all guest complaints and comments tactfully and escalate them in a</li></ul>
reasonable and sensitive manner.
<ul><li>Cooperate and coordinate teamwork with other departments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Re-read and overview latest activities around the region and memorize them.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Research on latest and new restaurants that ca be recommended to the hotel guest.</li></ul>
