He will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing network and strategic partnerships.</p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p><b>Market Analysis: </b>Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive <b>threats in the lubricants, batteries, automotive aftermarket maintenance parts industry.</b></p><p><b>Channel Development: </b>Develop, maintain and grow a robust network of channel partners &ndash; B2B, Wholesale and Retail segment</p><p><b>Customer Relationship Management:</b> Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p><b>Negotiation:</b> Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers and partners to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.</p><p><b>Product Knowledge:</b> Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product offerings, and technical specifications to effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.</p><p><b>Training and Development:</b> Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners and dealer network to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.</p><p><b>Inventory Planning Support:</b> Provide inputs based on market developments to evolve inventory and pricing strategies.</p><p><b>Forecasting and Reporting:</b> Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.</p><p><b>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:</b></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, or related field.</p><p>BE / MBA preferred.</p><p><b>Proven track record of success in lubricants, batteries, aftermarket parts sales or a related industry, with at least 3-5 years of experience.</b></p><p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</p><p>Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.</p><p>Oman / GCC driving licence preferred.</p><p>Ability and willingness to travel as needed.</p><p><b>AGE</b></p><p>Below 35 years</p><p><b>EXPERIENCE</b></p><p>Experience in Oman automobile market (commodities / aftermarket segment) preferred</p><p><b>SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES</b></p><p>Proven track record in sales.</p><p>Technical knowledge of lubricants, batteries and related products is a plus</p><p><b>KNOWLEDGE</b></p><p>Basic knowledge of automobile lubricants, batteries and maintenance parts</p><p><b>If you have this experience share your CV to info@gnsbusiness.com or Whatsapp your CV to +968 76269238</b></p><p>Pay: RO600.000 - RO1,200.000 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
