What You'll Do:</b>
</p><ul><li>Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government airport location.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminals, parking areas, perimeter zones, and other assigned areas, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.</li>
<li>Monitor access points and restricted areas in accordance with post orders, verifying credentials and/or permits when required, and directing individuals to the appropriate locations.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, medical calls, and/or alarms, and notify airport operations and/or emergency services as directed.</li>
<li>Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate observations and/or hazards to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b>
</p><ul><li>Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age.</li>
<li>CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.</li>
<li>Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>

Along with driving, patrolling, checking, and securing doors. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal serving a government location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all visitors and staff.
