We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Industrial Facility Engineering Manager with Maintenance Background  to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our Factory at Borg Al Arab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all occupants and assets, playing a critical role in supporting our business operations and employee well-being. Key Responsibilities:1) Operations &amp; Maintenance Management2)Vendor &amp; Contractor Management3) Budgeting &amp; Cost Control4) Health, Safety &amp; Compliance5)Utilities &amp; Resource Management6)Stakeholder Communication7) Asset Management Qualifications and Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in  Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)</li><li>Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience at domain facility management, operations, or property management, preferably in a [Textile industry, e.g., corporate, manufacturing, industrial] environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and maintenance best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget management.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Egyptian health, safety, and building regulations.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal in Arabic and English), and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility issues.</li></ul>
