Develop and deploy FM process within operation.</li><li>
Plan, organize, maintain, and manage the operations and reliability of facilities and general infrastructure systems. Establish and monitor preventative maintenance processes and programs and facility inspection processes for on-going review of maintenance work.</li><li>
Deal with emergency issue that arise.</li><li>
Organize and develop the FM Team.</li><li>
Organize and manage subcontractors.</li><li>
Control and deliver on the financial targets set by the Group.</li></ul>
Ensure self - awareness on company QHSE policies &amp; procedures and follow them.</div>
