POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically driven Senior Design Engineer (P.E. Required) to join our engineering team. This role is central to delivering advanced seismic bracing designs, leading technical coordination, and supporting the development of custom engineering solutions for complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep engineering expertise, the ability to independently manage technically challenging assignments, and a strong commitment to accuracy, communication, and industry-leading performance.
As a senior technical resource within the Capitol Projects Group, you will oversee critical engineering deliverables&mdash;including seismic bracing layouts, point load calculations, submittal packages, and 3D modeling coordination&mdash;while ensuring all work aligns with ISAT design standards and applicable building codes. <li>Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and sales performance.</li>

Requirements<ul><li>
Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas &amp; Model-Driven).</li></ul><ul>
<li>Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Hub.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Dataverse.</li>
<li>Experience using Power Automate.</li>
<li>Understanding of sales processes (from lead to opportunity, pipeline management, and forecasting).</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with business users and articulate technical solutions effectively.</li>
<li>Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.</li>
<li>Experience with Power BI.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of JavaScript or plugin development.</li>
<li>Experience in CRM implementations or sales operations.</li>
