</li><li>Track follow-ups and ensure closure on action items across teams.
</li><li>Maintain a structured cadence for recurring leadership meetings and reporting cycles.
</li></ul>Travel, Logistics &amp; Event Coordination
<ul><li>Manage travel planning and logistics for the CRO and sales leadership (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport).

</li></ul>Corporate Communication &amp; Stakeholder Coordination

Requirements<ul>

3+ years of experience in a similar role (Sales Support, Executive Support, Sales Operations, Business Support, EA for Sales Leadership, CRO office support, etc.).
</li><li>Experience in telecom, ICT, technology services, cloud, cybersecurity, data/AI, or B2B enterprise sales environments.</li>
<li>Experience supporting senior executives (CRO, CEO, VP Sales, GM, etc.).
</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent).
</li><li>Basic Power BI understanding (or strong interest in reporting and dashboards).
