   The ability to Perform the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all homeowners, personnel, and property.

  <li>
   The ability to patrol the interior and exterior of the building and confront any situations or persons that require investigation.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to handle and document homeowner and employee accidents, homeowner room lock problems, noise complaints, and any questionable individuals on the premises with coordination with Concierge team.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to assist handicapped homeowners.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to remain informed of current local laws and regulations as they relate to the residence, particularly in areas of homeowner, patron, and employee rights.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in the same or similar role required,
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to monitor the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to do Safety Inspections throughout the Residences.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to investigate crimes committed against the Residence building, homeowners, and employees.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to document all incidents occurring in the Residence in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements. And in documenting such activities remain objective and write a comprehensive report.
  </li>
  <li>
   The ability to assist Residence employees in handling of unusual homeowner or employee problems, such as, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, thefts, bomb threats, homeowner/ employee accidents, fire or safety hazards, robberies, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, power or elevator failures, medical assistance, and natural disasters.
  </li>

   Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is required Familiar with Turkish safety regulations,

   Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to manage priorities with a high attention to detail,
