<div><p>If you thrive off of routine, structure and safety while working overnight and can work alone independently, this position may be the one for you. The Security Guard will be responsible to ensure access into the Club after-hours is permitted to select vendors and employees after ensuring all other employees and members have exited for the evening. The Security Guard will follow strict nightly operating procedures to provide a secure building.

Security Operations:</b></p><ul><li>
Sign in/out employees, members and vendors.
</li><li>Inspect bags of overnight cleaning staff prior to their Club departure.</li><li>
Secure the premises upon Club close, monitor the facility and prepare for Club opening at end of shift.</li><li>
Perform security check of all emergency exit doors after Club close and ensure only authorized personnel are inside the building during non-operating hours.</li><li>
Facility security walk-through: interior and exterior to include all stairwells, hallways, garages, overall Club (excludes storage areas, mechanical rooms, offices).</li><li>
Securing and opening the garage door at the north end of the underground parking area per schedule provided.</li><li>
Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.</li><li>
Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations and potential problem employees.</li><li>
Random video surveillance to monitor daily activities and ensure no threats within our daily routines.
</li><li>Submission of nightly Leader Log for executive communication flow which documents any out of the ordinary instances, including all member late Club exits (exceeding 15 minutes after Club closing time).</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of all operating systems pertinent to providing security to the Club, employees and members.</li><li>
Ensure company equipment is utilized in accordance with Club standards and expectations.
</li><li>Monitor and assist overnight cleaning contractor organization and assignments.</li><li>
Check in and monitor any after-hours contractors and associated labor.</li><li>

The ideal Account Manager (AM) works on a team with and for an Account Executive (AE), assisting them in sales lifecycle responsibilities and ensuring customer retention and growth.</p>

Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the dedicated Account Manager for a specified Account Executive, helping this individual maintain and grow their specific business within their accounts.</li>
<li>Day to day responsibilities to include:
<ul><li>Respond to Customer inquiries in a timely fashion and move to resolution</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison between Customers, Vendors, and GuidePoint resources for this specified AE</li>

<li>Identify whitespace opportunities with customers and vendors</li>

<li>With AE guidance, close renewal, upsell and net new sales cycles</li>
<li>Proactive support for upcoming renewals, identifying upsell and proactive support for existing business</li>
<li>Collaborate on promoting marketing communication to account base with targeted follow up</li>
<li>Focus on driving and selling GPS Professional Services Engagements across targeted account base</li>
<li>Assist AE in forecast management and internal strategic reporting</li>
<li>If required should have ability to leverage salesforce.com to generate quotes, track open opportunities and renewal opportunities</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>

<li>Cyber Security experience required</li>

The Mobile Advisor reports to the Safety, Security &amp; Transportation Manager. Responsible for enforcing all laws, rules, and policies authorized by the Safety and Security Department. Position Requirements</b></p>

Ability to effectively relate to the trainee population. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. The position requires the ability to operate office equipment and drive an automobile. In addition, must be able to interact with team members and maintain an effective working relationship with all facility staff and departments.</p>
