 The General Service Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating general services operations, including facilities management, maintenance activities, hospitality services, transportation services, and contractor management. The role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with company standards, and effective coordination with suppliers and service providers to support operational excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory Requirements &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in General Services, Facilities Management, Administration, or related fields.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facilities management and maintenance oversight.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hospitality and transportation services coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contract administration and vendor management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supplier and service provider coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of service contracts, procurement processes, and operational procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Mandatory Criteria:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid Qatar ID (QID).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and coordinate facilities management, maintenance activities, hospitality services, and transportation operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer service contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor service performance and address operational issues promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services to ensure standards are maintained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships and support procurement activities related to general services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports, maintain service records, and provide operational updates to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
 </li>
 </ul>
