Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and experienced MEP Foreman to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) on construction sites.</li><li>Plan, organize, and oversee daily site activities and manpower deployment.</li><li>Ensure MEP works are carried out according to construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards.</li><li>Liaise with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless coordination of work.</li><li>Monitor site progress, identify delays, and work with the project team to resolve issues.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.</li><li>Manage site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP Foreman in the construction industry (QATAR experience preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in supervising MEP installations on building construction sites</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and technical standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret MEP construction drawings, method statements, and specifications.</li><li>Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with other trades and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Bachelor or technical certificate in MEP-related field; trade license is an advantage.</li><li>Qatar Driving license is preferred</li></ul>Please send cv to info@qcfm.qaJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR4,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>MEP construction: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
