 We are seeking an experienced Digital Government Transformation Expert to lead the development and implementation of digital government strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital government indices, including the United Nations E-Government Development Index (EGDI), and a proven track record in assessing and designing digital government services, architectures, and platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the latest digital technology trends such as AI, IoT, Mixed Reality, Cloud Computing, and their implications on government operations. The candidate will leverage these technologies to identify and design feasible yet innovative use cases that drive public sector transformation.  Assess and Design Digital Government Services, Architecture, and Platforms: Lead the assessment and design of comprehensive digital architectures across all layers, including digital government services, customer journeys and experiences, digital platforms, systems integrations, data management, and infrastructure.  Digital Platform Innovation: Design and recommend digital platforms that support government objectives, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and alignment with best practices in digital service delivery.
