In this role you will lead a large team of structural engineers and digital delivery specialists engaging in major infrastructure projects, overseeing the full lifecycle of structural design from concept through detailed design and construction support. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Structural Engineering.</li><li>
20 years of related work experience in structural design.</li><li>
Related work experience in prominent consultancy firms with specific experience in structural design.</li><li>
Substantial experience in design of transportation structures such as bridges and underpasses.</li><li>
Substantial experience in design of infrastructure-related buildings such as large-scale tank/pump stations and substations.</li><li>
Candidate must have UPDA Registration or be eligible and able to obtain the registration within months of onboarding.</li><li>
International professional registration such as PE, CEng, or PEng is required.</li><li>

The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate design teams, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and company standards.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage design projects from concept, planning, and execution to final delivery</li><li>Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and vision</li><li>Supervise and guide designers, architects, and technical teams</li><li>Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation</li><li>Ensure all design outputs align with brand identity and client expectations</li><li>Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project execution</li><li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control</li><li>Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and materials</li><li>Manage project documentation, reports, and approvals</li><li>Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 5&ndash;8 years of experience in design project management or related roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior design, architecture, or construction processes</li><li>Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills</li><li>Strong communication and client relationship management abilities</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software</li><li>Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or luxury design projects is an advantage</li></ul><p>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل</p><p>الراتب المدفوع: QAR٢٢٬٥٠٠٫٠٠&nbsp;لكل شهر</p><p>موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي</p>
