 Job Summary :
 
 
 
 We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Engineer to manage day-to-day supply
 
 
 chain operations including inventory control, sourcing support, logistics coordination
 
 
 (including international shipments), supplier follow-up, invoicing verification, and GRN
 
 
 processing. The candidate must have hands-on operational experience in a manufacturing
 
 
 environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities :
 
 
 
  Manage inventory planning, stock monitoring, and reconciliation.
 
 
  Handle supplier coordination and follow-ups for timely material delivery.
 
 
  Support sourcing activities including vendor identification and quotation comparison.
 
 
  Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
 
 
  Manage shipment documentation and coordinate with logistics partners.
 
 
  Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and received materials.
 
 
  Generate and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in ERP systems.
 
 
  Resolve discrepancies related to quantity, documentation, or delivery timelines.
 
 
  Work closely with production, finance, and quality teams to ensure smooth
 
 
 operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Experience &amp; Qualifications :
 
 
 
  Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations.
 
 
  Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain or procurement in a
 
 
 manufacturing company.
 
 
  Practical experience handling inventory systems and ERP tools.
 
 
  Experience coordinating shipments and working with logistics providers.
 
 
  Strong follow-up and vendor coordination skills.

 As a Software Engineer on the Docusign Semantic Models team, you will play a key role in building the foundational tools and services for our next-generation agreement platform. Your work will contribute to products used by Docusign&rsquo;s internal teams, partners, and customers. The Semantic Models team builds schema-driven SaaS products to scale to a wide range of customers&rsquo; needs, and maintains an open-source schema language and runtime. In this role, you&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with team members, solve challenging problems using modern technologies, and learn best practices in software development and product engineering.
