Administer contracts effectively under FIDIC or bespoke terms, safeguarding company margins and resolving disputes.</li><li>Timeline &amp; Quality Control: Monitor master project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) to ensure zero delays while enforcing strict compliance with UAE QHSE standards and municipality codes.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Consultants, and local government authorities (e.g., Municipalities, Civil Defense, Utility Providers).</li></ul>Education &amp; Professional Memberships:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.</li><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Construction Management or an MBA is highly preferred.</li><li>Membership with the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) is required for municipality approvals.</li></ul>Certifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) or Equivalent.</li><li>Deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local UAE construction laws.</li><li>Proficiency in project management and estimation software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or Candy/CCS).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>12 to 15+ years of total experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial role (Project Head / Project Director) within the UAE or GCC market.</li><li>A proven track record of successfully delivering residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects valued between AED 25M to AED 80 M individually.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
