This is a key role as the only design position in the team, requiring a multi-tasking mindset and strong collaboration with product, marketing, and technical teams.  Manage and design UX/UI journeys for web and mobile app, ensuring excellent user experience and usability;

 Collaborate closely with the Product Team, Frontend Developers, and Marketing Department to deliver tasks according to sprint planning in an Agile methodology;

 Support marketing activities by creating visuals for banners, email templates, campaign pages, and digital channels when needed;

 Coordinate with creative agencies to define visual requirements and ensure brand consistency;

 Conduct user-centered design processes, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems;

 Understanding of Agile methodology, sprint planning, and task management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.);
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle multiple design responsibilities in a fast-paced environment;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail;
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio showcasing both UX/UI projects and creative design works;
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably with experience producing work in the aviation industry
 </li>

 Strong attention to detail with a pixel-perfect approach

 Actively involved in testing and quality assurance of designed projects
