 As a Manager in our Consulting team, you&rsquo;ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end project management for large infrastructure and IT programs, including airport modernization, metro, smart city, and transport projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and implement project governance, monitoring frameworks, and PMO processes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track project progress, risks, and issues, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting to stakeholders and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, procurement process monitoring, and contract management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate multi-vendor operations and ensure alignment with project goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with civil and MEP teams to ensure integration of design, construction, and IT systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support client management and consulting services, including strategic guidance and solution recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
 </li>

 Required Skills

 Proven experience managing
 
 large-scale infrastructure or IT projects
 
 , preferably in airport modernization, metro, or smart city domains.

 Strong understanding of
 
 civil, MEP, and IT systems integration

 <li>
 Expertise in
 
 project governance, PMO frameworks, and multi-vendor management
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 project planning, execution, and tracking
 
 skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 stakeholder management and client engagement
 
 capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in
 
 reporting, risk management, and procurement monitoring
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under tight schedules and manage
 
 onsite project delivery
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
