 Lead Planning Engineer
 
 , you will respond/report to the
 
 Project Control Manager
 
 and be part of
 
 PCON Department
 
 within the
 
 Project.
 
 
 
 
 How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for offshore O&amp;G projects involving process platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress, identify deviations from baseline schedules, and propose/implement corrective actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with project milestones
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform schedule risk analysis and maintain risk registers
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Support contract change management, claims preparation, and delay analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in project close-out, lessons learned, and feedback to relevant departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and guide a team of Senior Planning Engineers and Planning Engineers
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Education

 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in related discipline.

 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>

 7&ndash;10 years of experience in offshore Oil &amp; Gas projects, specifically process platforms Proven experience supervising and leading planning teams
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

<div>We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (ICT Network) to lead the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of complex Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and network infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities combined with deep technical expertise in enterprise networking, telecommunications, data centers, cloud connectivity, and digital infrastructure solutions.</div>
<div>This role is responsible for managing large-scale ICT projects, coordinating multi-displianary technical teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution while meeting business, operational, security, and scheduling objectives.</div>
