The Industrial Electrical Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, instrumentation, and control equipment used in industrial facilities. The role ensures safe and reliable operation of machinery, power distribution, automation systems, and plant utilities.
Electrical Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, MCCs, VFDs, panels, generators, and transformers.</li><li>
Diagnose electrical faults using multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.</li><li>
Troubleshoot low-voltage and medium-voltage equipment (typically 24VDC&ndash;480VAC or plant standard).</li><li>
Repair or replace faulty components such as contactors, relays, circuit breakers, fuses, and sensors.</li><li>
Install and calibrate sensors, transmitters (pressure, flow, level, temperature), and control valves.</li><li>
Assist with PLC, SCADA, and automation system troubleshooting.</li><li>
