You will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and supporting various projects to keep our resort running smoothly.
You will also be responsible to:<ul><li>
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and backup generators, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards</li><li>
Diagnose and repair electrical faults and issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring all repairs meet industry standards</li><li>
Install new electrical systems and equipment, including lighting fixtures, outlets, and control panels. Assist with upgrades and modifications as required</li><li>
Work closely with other maintenance team members and hotel departments to address electrical needs and support various projects. Provide expert advice on electrical matters as needed</li><li>
Be available for emergency call-outs and respond to electrical issues promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and staff</li></ul>
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:<ul><li>
Proven experience as an Electrician, with a strong background in commercial or hospitality environments</li><li>
Relevant electrical certifications and licenses as required by local regulations</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting systems</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently</li><li>
Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all tasks</li></ul>
