<p>You will build and ship full-stack features across a manufacturing management platform, with primary responsibility for backend systems including secure multi-site data architecture, audit systems, scoring engines, and performance dashboards. You will deploy and configure the platform at new manufacturing sites (SSO, RBAC, site-specific configuration), support tablet-first audit workflows on the factory floor, and translate Kaizen outcomes, standard work, and daily management needs into scalable software solutions. The role also involves building automated KPI pipelines and self-service dashboards for manufacturing leaders, as well as applying AI and advanced analytics to enable predictive quality, anomaly detection, and automation of repetitive reporting and data processing tasks.</p><br>
