Job descriptionLIJAN INSULATION CONTRACTING LLC. -The flagship company of LIJAN Group established in 2004 is a reputed Contracting and Trading company based in Dubai, UAE, Provides turnkey solution in all type of Hot/Cold insulation and Renewable energy services, looking to hire a skilled and responsible MEP Storekeeper to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>ERP Inventory Management: Accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments within the company&rsquo;s ERP system in real-time.</li><li>Receiving &amp; Inspection: Receive MEP materials (HVAC, sheet metal) and verify them against Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Notes for quantity and quality.</li><li>Storage &amp; Organization: Properly organize, label, and store materials according to safety standards to ensure easy accessibility and prevent damage or theft.</li><li>Issuance: Issue materials and tools to site engineers and sub-contractors based on approved material requisitions and update the ERP system instantly.</li><li>Stock Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits, reconciling physical stock with ERP records and reporting discrepancies.</li><li>Reorder Management: Monitor stock levels, track fast-moving items, and coordinate with the Procurement Department to initiate reorder requests before shortages occur. Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper organization.Perform stock counting and inventory reconciliation</li><li>Order fulfillment: pick , pack, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed</li><li>Safety and cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and industry safety standards.
