   Track and record all product inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies or losses.
  </li>
  <li>
   Receive deliveries of goods and materials and ensure they are stored properly in the designated warehouse locations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor stock levels and track orders, initiating restocking of supplies when necessary.
  </li>
  <li>
   Receive and process supply requests from all departments in a timely and accurate manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Inspect all incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities and check for damages, defects, or missing items.
  </li>
  <li>
   Report any damaged or defective products and coordinate their return to suppliers when required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Operate warehouse equipment and machinery used for transporting large or heavy items safely and efficiently.
  </li>
  <li>
   Utilize the ERP system to record, monitor, and track inventory movements and transactions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored in accordance with warehouse standards and safety requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, stock movement, and departmental usage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Address and resolve any technical or administrative issues related to shipping and receiving processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with the Assets Unit regarding warehouse operations and related requirements to ensure smooth workflow.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform any additional duties assigned by management that fall within the scope and nature of the role.

 Job Requirements

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any relevant field
  </li>
  <li>
   ERP systems Proficiency (Preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  </li>
  <li>
   Full Awareness with Warehouse safety Precautions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent Communication skills and Time Management Skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   2-4 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing.</li><li>
Basic to intermediate English communication skills (reading and writing).</li><li>

Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).</li><li>
Strong leadership skills and experience in dealing with warehouse workers.</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>
