Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.</li><li>Store items properly to prevent damage, theft, or deterioration.</li><li>Issue materials according to authorized requests.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with records.</li><li>Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages.</li><li>Prepare purchase requisitions for replenishment of stock.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling, organization, and housekeeping of the store.</li><li>Maintain documentation such as Goods Received Notes (GRN), issue vouchers, and stock registers.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments.</li><li>Follow company health, safety, and security procedures.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage).</li><li>Experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management.</li><li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.</li><li>Knowledge of stock control procedures and documentation.</li><li>Good organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to lift and move materials when required.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

 As an AC Technician you are responsible to install, service and repair temperature and air quality control systems and your role will include key responsibilities such as:
 </li>
 <li>
 Repair, maintain and provide technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel - freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chiller, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain preventively all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems within the hotel
 </li>
 <li>
 Check on performance of refrigeration systems and components
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify all door closing systems on walk in coolers / freezer (door gaskets / latches)
 </li>
 <li>
 Check and maintain all defrosting systems and automation of ice makers
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on maintenance requests from all departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure routine cleaning of fan coil units and air-handling unit filters
 </li>
 <li>
 Check on performance of air-conditioning and chill water systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperate with all engineering colleagues in detention of failures of air-condition and refrigeration system and function set up
 </li>
 <li>
 Strict control on venting of CFC&rsquo;s to atmosphere
 </li>
 <li>
 Overhauling of air-condition / refrigeration equipment and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Check all refrigeration and oil levels and control of major repairs
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperate and inform Engineering Storekeeper on purchase of parts
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out all works as per the country technical regulations and safety standards
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have the appropriate documented training from a technical/vocational institute.
 </li>
 <li>
 One year operating experience in a hotel engineering department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
 </li>
 <li>
 VRF/VRV system experience is a plus.
