What You Will Do

Job Purpose:

</li><li>Conducting procurement activities and logistical coordination on behalf of the COs;

<ul><li>Assist project partners in analyzing and disseminating data on the movement and utilization of reproductive health commodities; Prepare quarterly reports on reproductive health commodity situation, including stock positions and use;
</li><li>Provide support to procurement planning and order tracking processes;
</li><li>Rely on minimum/maximum inventory system and stock level information as inputs to the procurement planning process;
</li><li>Facilitate the preparation of a detailed distribution plan for reproductive health commodities in close coordination with government partners, Aga Khan Foundation and other project stakeholders;
</li><li>Facilitate customs clearance procedures and transportation of reproductive health commodities to the project target districts.

<ul><li>Facilitate trainings on Logistics Management Information System (LMIS);
</li><li>Follow up on developing guidelines on RHCS including LMIS/supply chain management in close consultation and coordination with the International Programme Coordinator;
</li><li>Provide support to introducing inventory control systems in the target health facilities to prevent both over-stocking and stockouts of reproductive health commodities.
D. Administrative support
</li><li>Ensure that all official documents are prepared and kept in the project files for retrieval and archiving;
</li><li>Facilitate programme activities, or relevant missions, by arranging meeting schedules, coordinating logistical support, collecting reference documents, and maintaining records;

About the Role 
The Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the performance, efficiency, and scalability of the end-to-end supply chain across our e-commerce operations. This role ensures optimal product availability, disciplined inventory management, cost control, and consistent service levels across suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners. Acting as a cross-functional leader, the Manager drives data-informed planning, strengthens vendor relationships, improves operational workflows, and implements scalable processes to support growth. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, structured execution, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You Will Do
<ul><li>Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business growth objectives, driving scalable planning, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.</li><li>
Lead demand planning and sales forecasting processes, leveraging historical data and market insights to ensure inventory readiness and service level performance.</li><li>
Oversee end-to-end inventory governance, optimizing stock levels, minimizing obsolescence, and strengthening warehouse receiving, fulfillment, and returns operations.</li><li>
Direct procurement and vendor management, including contract negotiations, SLA oversight, and supplier performance accountability.</li><li>
Manage full-spectrum logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective transportation, on-time delivery, and continuous carrier performance improvement.</li><li>
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to align supply chain execution with product launches, promotions, and operational priorities.</li><li>
Leverage analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify process improvements, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.</li></ul>
Who You Are
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive supply chain or logistics leadership experience, ideally within e-commerce or retail environments.</li><li>
Strong expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution network optimization.</li><li>
Proficiency in ERP and supply chain management systems with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>
Proven vendor negotiation and performance management experience.</li><li>
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>
Preferred: Experience with automation, dropshipping or omnichannel models, international logistics and compliance, and certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma.</li></ul>
