<div>3. Review the final performance management assessment results and recommendations to ensure accuracy and adherence to TM policies and procedures. As well as review and assess the performance improvement plans, which address any performance cases, make the necessary recommendations if needed and refer all plans to the concerned HR team to proceed with the necessary actions.</div>
<div>4. Handle the promotions and rewards procedures, which include promotions, acting roles, merit-based increments and financial awards, and ensure that they are aligned with UOS&rsquo;s Promotion and Reward, Succession Planning and Career Path policies and procedures.</div>
<div>5. Receive review and process promotion requests and supporting documents, and present completed requests to the Internal HR Review Committee for their review and recommendations.
