Job Overview:To manage production wage calculations, piece-rate records, worker efficiency data, and wage-related activities accurately and ensure timely processing of workers&rsquo; wages.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare style costing for sewing and finishing as per management requirements.</li><li>Verify cutting details with PPC WIP reports.</li><li>Develop and maintain operation style lists with approved rates.</li><li>Coordinate with QC and Production teams for style verification and approvals.</li><li>Process and implement new/special rates as approved by management.</li><li>Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).</li><li>Reconcile data between gum sheet, style operations, and rate lists.</li><li>Prepare PO-wise summaries including quantities, rates, and total payable amounts.</li><li>Coordinate with Head Office Accounts for reporting and audit requirements.</li><li>Collect operator details (Token #) from HR department.</li><li>Prepare and distribute individual wage slips (Style #, Job #, Pcs, Rate, Payable).</li><li>Resolve employee queries related to wages and payments.</li><li>Apply deductions (e.g., transport) as per HR data.</li><li>Prepare final payable sheets for operator payments.</li><li>Submit approved rate lists, summaries, and payroll data to Head Office.</li><li>Ensure proper record-keeping and availability of all supporting documents.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in IE, wages, piece-rate, or payroll operations.</li><li>Good knowledge of garment production processes and operations.</li><li>Knowledge of piece-rate and production-based wage calculation.</li><li>Good command of MS Excel and data handling.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Knowledge of attendance, overtime, and payroll calculations.</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in production and wage data.</li><li>High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
