The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, driving process improvements, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.This position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, documentation expertise, and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.</li><li>Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case management, SLAs, routing rules, queues, and Business Process Flows.</li><li>Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.</li><li>Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Support program planning, resource management, budgeting, and performance tracking.</li><li>Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and data validation.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and clients.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and business teams within Agile environments.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and demos.</li><li>Identify business challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or Program Analysis.</li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps).</li><li>Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.</li><li>Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization.</li><li>Experience with reporting and dashboard development.</li></ul>Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per hourWork Location: In person
