 1- Lead Generation:

 Conduct high-volume outbound calls (150+ daily) to potential clients from provided databases.

 Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.

 Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads in a timely and consistent manner.

 Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive scripts and selling techniques.

 2- Lead Qualification:

 Follow up on leads and referrals to convert them into sales.

 3- CRM Management:

 Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder, or HubSpot).

 Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately capture and update customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize scripts and messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on UAE market trends, ROI rates, and new project launches from major developers.
 </li>
