 Your Role:
 
 
 
 Seesaw is looking for an exceptional educator who is ready to use their experience, knowledge and skills to facilitate interactive, impactful Seesaw product training and professional development opportunities for our customers in both English and Arabic.
 
 
 This role is customer-facing, and you will be the Seesaw and Little Thinking Minds (LTM) solutions expert supporting teachers and administrators in their implementation of Seesaw products.
 
 
 You will lead Professional Development sessions for groups of teachers (and occasionally administrators) of varying sizes in a virtual or onsite setting to drive success with Seesaw products.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities:

 Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw and/or LTM.

 Check your calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates from the team and/or sessions booked.

 Communicate via email and phone to support customers in getting professional development sessions scheduled.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow up resources to customers via email.

 Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw as well as support resources that may need to be provided to customers.

 Raise any customer issues that arise with speed and urgency, helping to resolve and communicate back to the customer, as needed.

 Prerequisites (Requirements):

 3+ years of primary teaching experience
 </li>

 Prior experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development a plus
 </li>

 Knowledge of Seesaw and/or use of Seesaw in the classroom strongly preferred

 Knowledge of Little Thinking Minds (LTM) and/or use of LTM in the classroom strongly preferred

The role has broad accountability covering conceptual field development planning, drilling, completions, workover operations, well services, and well integrity.  As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will serve as the primary expert ensuring our core HCM processes operate seamlessly, with a focus on scaling and enhancing the setup in alignment with organizational requirements. While HCM will be your core area, you will also contribute across other domains and additional HRIS platforms to strengthen our overall People Technology foundation.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll partner closely with People and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, optimize existing processes, and explore new ways Workday and other tools can bring value to the organization.

 Solid understanding of HCM fundamentals, covering both business processes (Hire, Change Job, Termination) and configuration concepts (condition rules, orgs, hierarchies, custom objects)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields, with the ability to build complex, cross-domain reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Workday Security, including constrained/unconstrained roles and segmented security
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process efficiency and data integrity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into system design.
 </li>
